Current Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship exclusively to Germany, Austria, Denmark, and Hungary. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 6 business days before dispatch.
Estimated Shipping Times
Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 30 days to be delivered.

Sea Freight: The slowest but often most cost-effective option, with delivery times ranging from 23-45 days depending on the route and logistics conditions.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders may be subject to customs inspections and additional import fees depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Method
Packages are delivered via local postal services or courier companies. Depending on your location, the package may be delivered directly to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office with a collection notice.
Tracking Your Order

Delays & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact our support team. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
