Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days of receipt. You have the right to request a replacement or a full refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within this period. The product must be in unused and resellable condition. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

3. Items Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, plus an additional 10 business days, you may contact us to request a replacement or full refund. We take responsibility for ensuring that your order reaches you.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If a package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
