Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with images of the item within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). We will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of defect.

Items Lost in Transit By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the estimated time frame; however, external factors such as customs inspections may cause delays. If your order exceeds the displayed shipping time by 10 business days, you may contact us at support@aerodropshop.com. We will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund within 14 days, in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Returns Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages AerodropShop.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, AerodropShop will confirm delivery details, including the provided shipping address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, for the customer to investigate further. However, if a package is lost before delivery, we will either send a replacement order or issue a full refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
